I used my Birthday as an excuse to have cake (on Friday & Sat) and Margaritas (on Friday) and Kate and Al's pizza and wine today. Thank god I started walking because not only would I have not lost, but I would have gained gained gained. Back on the wagon tomorrow. I am walking in the morning unless there is an absolute down pour.... (I think)
